Description

Natural Stuff 100% Pure Cold-Pressed Pumpkin Seed Oil in a 200ml glass pump bottle. This premium, unrefined oil is pressed from pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita pepo) using a gentle cold-pressing process with no heat and no solvents, helping the oil retain its naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. The pump dispenser makes daily use clean and simple, with no spills and less air in the bottle.

Naturally contains

Vitamin E, zinc, phytosterols and unsaturated fatty acids, all naturally present in the seed. Nothing is added and nothing is refined out.

Traditionally used for

  • Skin — a light facial and body oil that may help moisturise and soften dry skin. Absorbs without a heavy, greasy residue.
  • Hair & scalp — traditionally massaged into the scalp; may help maintain a moisturised scalp and condition the hair.
  • Nails & cuticles — may help condition brittle nails and dry cuticles.
  • Culinary use — a finishing oil for salads, soups, hummus or yoghurt. Do not use for frying or cooking.

How to use
Skin: one to two pumps onto clean skin, massaged in.
Hair: warm a small amount between the palms, massage into the scalp, leave for 30 minutes or overnight, then wash out.
Culinary: drizzle roughly 1 teaspoon over food just before serving.
